Tomorrow we leave Mullumbimby where we have been staying on the riverside enjoying our view of Mt Chincogan.We discovered a great powered caravan campsite here at the Mullumbimby Leagues Club Camping Grounds. These camp grounds provide powered and un-powered sites. Reg has been having a wonderful time fishing and I have relaxed and found the perfect peace and quiet a writer needs.  

For those who want more action there is an 11 hole golf course here.
We were pleased with the great TV and internet reception and BBQ facilities.

This is the home of the Mullumbimby Giants' home ground. Situated just east of the township in Manns Rd. This complex is rated as one of the best sporting grounds in the NRRRL division. Beautiful expanse of green lawns while we were here.

Book ahead if you want the very popular riverbank site as there are not a lot of caravan sites on the river, which is a big part of the attraction.  

This would be a great place for an extended stay as it is an  ideal base for day trips to Byron Bay and the surrounding country towns.
